We have a home in
Florida and wanted to find a second home in the mountains
of North Carolina. We started our search on
the Internet and were drawn to the pictures and
floor plans describing the Mountainside Townhomes which were
being built near the Wolf Laurel Country Club. We
were looking for a gated community in the mountains
that would provide golfing, excellent mountain views
and relief from the summer heat. Access to
winter skiing and the Appalachian Trail would be a
welcome bonus but they were not
considered essential. We traveled to Asheville,
spent several days looking at a wide variety of options,
but by the end of the week we were sure that
the Mountainside Townhomes were truly unique and the clear
choice for us. The builder is held in very high
regard and provides high quality construction and
excellent customer service. By the end of the week
we had purchased a beautiful 3000 sq. ft. townhome and
soon thereafter joined the Country Club, enjoyed
excellent meals prepared by the wonderful chef and met
many of our new neighbors. - David and Suzan
