SART Theatre Is Top-Notch Local Entertainment

SART, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, lives on the grounds of nearby Mars Hill College.  Like many small college towns, the local arts scene is intimate and dynamic.  SART is no exception.  SART recently wrapped up its 2009 season with a variety of favorites:  Funny Girl, Don't Rain on My Parade, Big Criminals, Death of a Salesman (photo), Brighton Beach Memoirs, Home Again, and The Foreigner.  For 35 seasons SART actors have inspired and excited audiences.
