Mountainside Townhomes' Developers Create A One-of-A-Kind Mountain Living Experience

ImageThe people responsible for the beauty, luxury, and second-to-none mountain living experience are two very special individuals.  Wil Coudriet and Henry Hancock fell in love with Wolf Laurel long before they dreamed the idea of making Wolf Laurel an extraordinary experience for anyone.  Knowing that Wolf Laurel is for the nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts, and the quiet living proponents alike, Wil and Henry created the concept of Mountainside Townhomes.  Positioned elegantly on the side of the mountain at Wolf Laurel, the homes themselves offer amazing views and quality building supplies.  They spared no expense in creating something that would be maintenance-free, luxurious, and liveable.

Wil Coudriet is a graduate of Penn State University and has served Rotary International in several capacities, including District Governor and Club President. He is currently the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Madison County. He is a past member of the Wolf Laurel Country Club Board of Directors and is chair of the food and beverage committee. He also serves the Board of Directors of the Madison County Visitors Center, The Madison County Education Foundation, and is vice-president of the Madison County Community Foundation.

Wil and Sylvia Coudriet built their first home at Wolf Laurel in 1978 and were part-time residents for twenty five years before moving permanently to the mountain in 2002.

ImageHenry and his wife Peggy visited the Wolf Laurel Resort in 1995 and fell in love with it. They purchased a house on the spot and later built a house on Curtis Lane. They love the mountains, the flowers, the people, the activities, the Country Club, and everything about Wolf Laurel. Although Henry is a Lawyer, he was the contractor for their house in Memphis, TN and also the one on Curtis Lane. Henry has been active in the Wolf Laurel Property Owners Association for many years and has served as President and a number of years on its Board. He is Vice President of the Road and Security Board and has a great interest in maintaining a peaceful, beautiful, wholesome, friendly place for all residents in the Wolf Laurel Resort.
